The Ultimate WingsWings are by far my favorite finger food and I always order wings at restaurants! Here is my version of the best wings you will ever taste in your life.
Note: I did not add any precise measurements, as I feel it is best to start off with 1 teaspoon each, and then work your way up (except for the baking powder) as you find the flavour profile you want. I personally like mine more spicy, so I am more generous with the Sriracha~
Ingredients:Steps:1. In a bowl toss the wings together with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and baking powder. The baking powder helps create the crispy coating.
2. Bake the chicken wings on both sides in an oven at 230 degrees celsius until both sides are browned. 3. In a small bowl mix the sriracha sauce along with the honey. For one part sriracha mix half a part of honey. Toss the sauce on your wings. |
