Congratulations on stumbling across my exciting personal collection! Here, you will find a compilation of creativity, love, perseverance, and more as I share my thrill of exploring the incredible world of cuisine. Cooking is one of my absolute hobbies, along with playing soccer, video games, and spending time with my friends and family. My story begins when I was three and would help my mother roll out traditional roti by the stove. Later on, I would eagerly flip through the colourful cookbooks at the local library and watch videos posted on youtube. Whenever I had time over the weekends or holidays, I would eagerly volunteer to cook the main meal for my family. What started out with skepticism was rapidly met with enthusiasm as they always looked forward to my specials. One day, my sister suggested I should share my recipes to the world, and I thought making this website would be the best way.
My favourite part of every meal I make is when I get to share my food with my friends and family. Nothing beats watching their rapture (although there were a few grimaces in the beginning...) and curiosity on how I prepared the meal. I hope I can inspire you that you can overcome barriers through determination and thinking outside the box. I enjoy cooking a variety of international cuisines, as I find it intensely interesting to explore the history and culture behind the dishes. It is especially amazing to see how a common ingredient can be used in such different ways around the world, from savoury to sweet. However, my ultimate comfort food is Indian food, as I find it my personal pick-me-up.
I believe in sophisticated simplicity: I strive to make all my original recipes as simple (both in explanation and preparation), but are always packed with flavour. No matter whether you are a budding chef, a busy student, or someone looking for a fresh perspective, then this is the best place to visit! I also enjoy seeking new ideas and thoughts; I look forward to hearing from you, and I hope you enjoy my work!
Bon appetit!

"Any one can cook" - RATATOUILLE
This week's special is Rice Pulav. It is an all time favourite in my family! We love to eat it any time of the year as it tastes amazing, and it's so simple to make! It is good for your health as it is a vegetarian dish and contains soy chunks which are full of protein, crispy vegetables and a concatenation of flavours that will mystify any palate. I highly recommend that everyone tries this out and of course adjust the flavours to your own satisfaction.
